* In the event that the user sends his/her curriculum vitae or participates in selection processes, Pavicret, S.L. will process his/her personal data in order to manage his/her candidacy and evaluate his/her profile in relation to possible vacancies in the company.
The data will be kept for a maximum period of one year from the receipt or last update of the curriculum, after which it will be securely deleted, unless the interested party expressly authorizes its retention for a longer period.
The data will not be communicated to third parties, except under legal obligation or to suppliers acting as data processors for the proper management of the selection process, with which Pavicret, S.L. has signed the corresponding confidentiality and data protection contracts in accordance with Article 28 of the RGPD.
The interested party may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability, by writing to Pavicret, S.L., V Centenario, 26, 46900 Torrent (Valencia), or via email to info@colcret.com, accompanied in any case by a copy of a document proving their identity.
